How to Move Registrants Between Programs

Sometimes parents register their child for the wrong program, or a spot opens and you need to move someone off a waitlist. No matter the case, we've made it simple to move registrants between programs.

🔀 How to Move A Registrant to a New Program

1. Navigate to your Registration Programs page

2. Use the search bar to type in the name of the registrant

3. Click Move Registrant

4. Use the dropdown menu to select the existing program that the registrant should be moved to

5. Complete all of the required questions for the new program

6. Click Move at the bottom of the new form to finish the transfer

💡 Important Note: Moving a registrant will not impact their payment. It will not charge them more, refund them the difference or adjust any existing payment plan installments.
