How to Move Registrants Between Programs

Sometimes parents register their child for the wrong program, or a spot opens and you need to move someone off a waitlist. No matter the case, we've made it simple to move registrants between programs.

How to Move A Registrant to a New Program

1. Click Registration on the left-hand side navigation
2. On the Programs page, use the search bar to type in the name of the registrant
3. Click on the registrant's name
4. Click Move Registrant

5. Use the dropdown menu to select the existing program that the registrant should be moved to

6. Complete all of the required questions for the new program
7. Click Move at the bottom of the new form to finish the transfer

Moving Registrants Between Program Types

While it's uncommon, you may need to move a registrant from a Basic form to a Player form. Not all fields will transfer over, so it's recommended that you export your registrant's list before moving participants. This will help ensure you have their information saved and can edit their form to include any missing information.

Price Impacts

Moving a registrant will not impact their payment. It will not charge them more, refund them the difference or adjust any existing payment plan installments.
