How to View Online Donations

We recently released a new donation module that allows site visitors to make a donation directly on your homepage without an account. You also have the ability to utilize the donation widget at the end of registration forms. Donations made through your website can be viewed in one of two ways:

Option #1 - Email Receipt 

Once donations have been made via the Donation Module on your homepage, you'll automatically receive an email with basic information about the donation including the donors name, their email address, the date/time that the donation was made, a personalized message (if one was sent), and the donation amount.

Here's an example of what that email would look like:

Option #2 - Account Dashboard 

If you'd like to see all previous donations made in one place, you'll want to navigate to the Dashboard within your account:

Once there, you'll want to scroll to the very bottom of that page to view all donations made over time. 

Similar to the email mentioned above, you'll be able to view: the donors name, email address, the date/time that the donation was made, a personalized message (if one was sent), the donation amount, and the source of the donation (program or donation module).
