How to Transfer Ownership of your Account
There is only one owner assigned to each account, and only the owner has the ability to transfer the ownership to someone else.
If the owner of the account still has access to their account, they can login and easily transfer ownership to another admin by navigating to their Settings page and clicking on the icon labeled 'Admin' to the right of the that person's name:
