How to Transfer Ownership of your Account
Each account can only have one owner. Only the current owner has the ability to transfer ownership to another admin.
✅ If the current owner has access to the account:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Settings
3. Find the admin you want to transfer ownership to
4. Click the Admin icon to the right of their name and confirm you want to transfer ownership
That's it! The selected admin will now become the new owner of the account.
❌ If the current owner doesn’t have access or is no longer with the organization:
If the current owner can’t log in to their account to make the change, send us an email to help@jerseywatch.com . For security, we’ll need you to answer a few verification questions before we can update the account owner.
