How to Transfer Ownership of your Account
Each account can only have one owner. Only the current owner has the ability to transfer ownership to another admin.
🚨 Before you begin, please also check to see if this person is the Account Owner of Stripe. If they are, please visit How to Change Ownership of Your Account
✅ If the current owner has access to the account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Find the admin you want to transfer ownership to
- Click the Admin icon to the right of their name and confirm you want to transfer ownership
❌ If the current owner doesn’t have access or is no longer with the organization:
If the current owner can’t log in to their account to make the change, send us an email to help@jerseywatch.com . For security, we’ll need you to answer a few verification questions before we can update the account owner.
