How to Edit a Payment Plan for a Specific Registrant
The payment plan feature was created to allow administrators to give registrants a more flexible payment option. Occasionally, a registrant's payment circumstances may differ from the rest of the team, so we wanted to give administrators the ability to make changes to an individual's payment plan as needed.
To do this, you'll need to:
1. Go to the player's profile by clicking on their name from the registrant list.
2. Scroll down to the "Payments" section.
3. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the upcoming payment(s).
4. Click on the pencil icon beside whichever item needs to be updated (payment amount or payment date).
Please note - administrators only have the ability to move the date out further and decrease the amount of a payment plan installment. The date can't be moved up, and the price can't be increased, since the terms of the payment plan were agreed to at the time of registration.
