Waiting on your first registration payout from Stripe? Here's what you need to know!

There is a 5-10 business day waiting period for your first payout

This delay is standard and is necessary for Stripe to complete their mandatory risk mitigation steps. The waiting period is typically 7 days for most customers so if you've been waiting longer, please contact our team at help@jerseywatch.com. We'd be happy to take a look at your individual account.

Your payout schedule may be set to manual

By default, your payout settings are set to either daily or manual, depending on the type of business you selected. If you need to make a change or just see which schedule you're on, you can head to this link > dashboard.stripe.com/account/payouts

You can choose between initiating manual payouts or getting on an automated daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
