Refunding Online Payments
Did someone sign-up for the wrong age group? Will they no longer be participating in the league? Did they accidentally register twice? Not to worry! Whatever the reason, issuing a refund is simple and can be done with a couple clicks on your website.
To get started, login to your account and click "Online Registration" or the credit card icon.
Next, find your participant using the "View Participants" button for each program, or by using the Search box at the top of the page. Once you've found the participant you want to refund, click on the player and a box will appear with several options. Click the "Issue Refund" button and select "Full Refund" or "Partial Refund".
That's it! The person who has received the refund will get an automatic email confirmation that their payment has been refunded, and a confirmation will also be send to all of the administrators of your website.
The refund process has begun, and the registrant will have the money directly deposited back into their account. This can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the bank.
