Refunding Online Payments
Did someone sign-up for the wrong age group? Will they no longer be participating in the league? Did they accidentally register twice? Not to worry! Whatever the reason, issuing a refund is simple and can be done with a couple clicks on your website.
To get started, login to your account and click "Online Registration" or the credit card icon.
Next, find the registrant by typing their name in the search box or by clicking on the three dots on the program and clicking View Registrants.
Once you've found the participant you want to refund, you'll need to click on the player's name. You will now be taken to a Registrant Details Page which will allow you view their form responses, edit their responses and refund their payment.
Scroll to the Payments Section, click Refund and then you can choose to provide them with a full or partial refund:
The person who has received the refund will get an automatic email confirmation that their payment has been refunded, and a confirmation will also be send to all of the administrators of your website.
The refund process has begun, and the registrant will have the money directly deposited back into their account. This can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the bank.
