Refunding Online Payments

Did someone sign-up for the wrong age group? Will they no longer be participating in the league? Did they accidentally register twice? Not to worry! Whatever the reason, issuing a refund is simple and can be done with a couple clicks 💻✨.

🧭 Navigate to the Programs Page

To get started, login to your account and click Online Registration on the side navigation.

🔎 Locate the Registrant

Search for the participant by typing their name into the search box, or by clicking the three dots on the program and selecting View Registrants.

👤 Open Registrant Details

Click on the player’s name to open their Registrant Details Page. Here, you can view their form responses, edit details, and manage their payments.

💸 Issue the Refund

Scroll to the Payments Section, then click Refund. You can choose between providing a full or partial refund. 

🌟 Next Steps

The person who has received the refund will get an automatic email confirmation that their payment has been refunded, and a confirmation will also be send to all of the administrators of your website. Refunds are sent directly back to the registrant’s account. Depending on the bank, this process can take 5–7 business days.
