How to Create Pages and Dropdowns
The best way to organize content on your website is to take advantage of your top navigation bar by creating pages and dropdowns. Pages and dropdowns can be used to organize important information about your organization, link to external websites, promote rosters, and more!

Navigating to Your Page Manager
- Click on the Website icon in your side navigation
- Click Edit at the top of the homepage
- Notice that your top navigation bar now as a new clickable Pages section

How to Add a Page or Dropdown
Once you've completed the above steps, click on the Pages button. You'll now see a side dialog open to reveal your Page Manager.
From there, click the Add Page or Add Dropdown button to add content to your website.

Page Types and What They Mean
When you create a page, you'll be required to add a Title and select a Page Type.
- Team Page: used to display team rosters and individual athletes
- Staff Page: used to display individual staff members or volunteers
- Custom Page: a blank page that can be used to add text, documents, videos, and more
- Direct Link: used to link to another area of your website or a third party page
Dropdowns Explained
A dropdown is a menu that expands to show additional options when you click or hover over it. It helps organize related pages under one main heading, making it easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for without cluttering the navigation bar.

How to Edit, Move or Remove a Page or Dropdown
Using your Page Manager, you can make changes to your top navigation. Below are common scenarios and how you can accomplish them:
- Edit Names: to update the name of a page or dropdown, click the three dots beside the item to update the copy.
- Reorder or Move: if you need to move or reorder navigation items, click and hold on the two lines beside the content type. You can drag and drop them in place
- Delete Content: to update the name of a page or dropdown, click the three dots beside the item to update the copy.
- Hide Content: if you want to temporarily hide pages or dropdowns from website visitors, click the blue toggle to turn off visibility.
