How to Collect Sponsorship Payments

💳 How to Set Up a Sponsorship Form and Collect Payments

1. Create a new program and select the Basic Registration program type

2. If you have various sponsorship levels, set your price to $0 (we'll cover how to adjust pricing on the next step). Otherwise, set your price for the total amount the sponsor should pay.

3. Add custom questions to collect additional information such as business name, logo and website address.

✅ Important Note: If you have various sponsorship levels and pricing, use the dropdown question type and turn on the "Answer Can Modify Price" option. This will adjust the overall form price based on the option they select.

4. Complete your form creation by adjusting any additional settings on Step 4 and click Create Program.
