How to Create a Private Program

Private programs keep registration forms hidden from your website’s public registration page. You can share the program link directly with registrants and use private programs for registration after tryouts, invitation-only programs, or individual payment cases.

Creating a Private Program - New Form

1. Go to your account's Registration tab and click on "Create New Program" in the top right corner.
2. Complete steps 1-3.
3. On the last step (step 4), locate the "Private Program" toggle and turn it on.

4. Complete the remaining steps on that page before clicking on "Complete Program" at the bottom of the page.

Creating a Private Program - Existing Form

1. Go to your account's Registration tab and click on the 3 dots to the right of the form that you want to make private, then select "Edit".
2. At the bottom of the first box, locate the "Private Program" toggle and turn it on.

3. Click anywhere on the page to save your changes.

How to Share a Private Program

Once the form has been created, you'll want to copy the form's link by either:

1. Hovering over the lock icon from the registration tab and clicking the "copy link" button:

2. Clicking on the program title followed by the "copy link" icon.

Once you have copied the link, you can send it out via any method you prefer (we recommend via text or email using your in-app Messaging tool)!
